XXXVI Postgraduate Course on Victimology, Victim Assistance and Criminal Justice – Inter-University Centre, Dubrovnik, Croatia
IMPORTANT NOTICE – CANCELLATION OF VICTIMOLOGY COURSE – DUBROVNIK, CROATIA – 18-30 MAY 2020
Dear WSV Members and others,
Thank you for your patience and understanding with the multiple e-mails surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak. We have heard from many of you and appreciate the feedback. Your safety and health are our primary concerns.
Until recently, we were truly hoping to move forward with this year’s course; however, the developments over the last few days have forced us to cancel the 36th Postgraduate Course on Victimology, Victim Assistance and Criminal Justice in May 2020.
This is the first time in the course’s 35-year history that it has been cancelled. Previously, the location of the course was moved, but never cancelled. However, we will remain ever resilient.
If you booked airfare and accommodation and have not already done so, please cancel your reservations as soon as possible. Please note that the co-directors will not be responsible for any airfare and accommodation cancellations. The same is true for any other travel expenses, if applicable.
Thank you again for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you in 2021.
